Sure some people need to lose some pounds, but if so, focus on being healthy & feeling better. Quite naturally the weight will go. And remember, if you begin exercising more and your weight still doesn’t drop…or increases – don’t worry. This can often just be a symptom of losing more fat but actually increasing your lean body tissue (muscle etc)…which ‘weighs’ more than fat. Also, when you exercise more & become more balanced, you often tend to be more sensitive to remaining properly hydrated (drinking more fluids etc), and thus sometimes you weigh more simply through having sufficient (as opposed to insufficient) fluid levels.
Tip:
So the main thing is to never focus (solely) on what you weigh – Make ‘How you FEEL’ No.1 …How You LOOK (body composition not sex appeal!) No.2 … and if you really feel the need…What you weigh, No.3.
