Mark made a fantastic contribution to our conference. Even though a virtual event he brought enormous energy to the screen and really engaged the participants. His philosophy of combining ancient wisdom with our modern understanding of healthcare to help prevent disease really resonates. He proposes simple, easy to achieve habits that when combined with conventional medicine have a real impact on health and wellness. There is nothing crazy or ‘new-age’ about his work, just down-to-earth advice about how to live better for longer. I cannot recommend him more highly.
