Q: What do I do if I do NOT Receive an Email with my Download Link

A: First thing is to check your Spam Folder as you will probably find our email there. If so, mark this email as 'not Spam' or add it to your Whitelist.

If after checking your spam folder, should you still not be able to find the email with your download link(s), please email us HERE and we will send to you manually.

Q: I cannot open my Downloaded File

A: Some of our files (for multiple products) will be Zipped (Compressed). Thus, in order to use them you need to Unzip them. This is easily done and will probably be done automatically by your computer as most have a program to do this already. If not, there are many free programs to do this. We recommend the Open Source (free to use) 7-Zip Application, you can download it for PC or Mac HERE
